ONLINE PUBLIC SPEAKING: IMPROMPTU SPEECH WITH TME MANAGEMENT SKILLS (9-14 yrs): In our public speaking Impromptu speech course students will learn the art of thinking on their feet. Students will learn how to craft and deliver a speech on short notice. They will learn the basics of constructing good sound speeches. They will learn about the types and purposes of impromptu speeches. Students will be taught how to craft a well-organized and compelling impromptu speech. They will learn about the basic public speaking errors in order to avoid them. This is a great course for students to learn valuable critical thinking skills. Students will learn how to speak with vibrant expression. Students will learn all the basic techniques of public speaking. They will learn how to connect to others, discover how to be a better friend and a model student in the classroom. This program will help children to find and nurture their own inner voice and expression. Students learn to be expressive, use eye contact, gain vocal confidence, and deliver nonverbal communication through gestures and body language.
Students will be taught various ways to overcome and manage stage fear, nervousness, and anxiety. And just giving speeches for even a few times throughout a year does wonders for decreasing student nervousness and anxiety. With the training and experience they obtain through our classes; students will become more powerful communicators in all aspects of communication. During our class, students will have fun while gaining knowledge and exposure in the world of public speaking. We prepare kids to experience a breakthrough and build their confidence. With our course your child will develop an excellent foundation for public speaking.
With small class sizes, our highly qualified instructors focus on each student. Students practice individual and group performances daily and give a final impromptu speech presentation at the last class.
