Dr. Beatrice Soler is excited to join the Little Loudspeakers Academy, LLC group as an instructor for Public Speaking, Debate and Writing. She received her Doctoral degree in Law and Policy from Northeastern University, Boston, MA. Dr. Beatrice Soler previously worked as a professor at the College of Coastal Georgia, GA, and also has a background in government which includes being a Public Information Officer. She has presented at multiple international, national, and regional conferences. She is currently working as a Program Manager at Georgia Emergency Management Agency/Homeland Security, Atlanta, Georgia.
Dr. Beatrice has over 15 years of experience in Model United Nations. In 2016, she served as the Secretary-General for the National Model United Nations, a recognized non-governmental organization (NGO) that is formally associated with the UN Department of Global Communications. She continues to adjudicate Model UN on the high school level as well as coach collegiate students. As an adjunct professor, she has taught Comparative Politics, Public Management, Planning/Program Evaluation, and more
She has presented at multiple international, national, and regional conferences. In addition to teaching, Beatrice enjoys doing theater and assisted in multiple children’s summer programs with ages ranging from eight to eighteen. Her goal for students is to create a safe space where students can expand their horizons and put theory into practice.
She specializes in students who are low in confidence or those who are shy. She is knowledgeable about all aspects of communication, especially public speaking, debate, and creative writing. She has ultimately decided to pass on her knowledge and teach these communication skills, which she finds most rewarding. She is passionate about getting students excited about public speaking, debate, and creative writing, which she feels will not only benefit their futures as adults but also their current lives.
Outside of work, Beatrice loves traveling the world, experiencing new things, and her diva beagle, Zoey.
